This exciting new development will bring the renowned Reggio Emilia model of early childhood education together with a building that will be one of the most sustainable and the first in Canada designed to meet the Living Building Challenge – a new level of green building certification that requires the building to be energy independent, water independent, free of toxic materials, and local in its composition.
